Fantastic post, so so glad you chose to increase awareness about that topic.
Excellent post- excellent checklist- helpful to anyone who might be concerned about self or loved one- and even for those not concerned, it's a healthy thing to check self once in a while for any signs of misuse or disorder. I love the resources you provide, and the way you communicate so precisely- it is soothing to read things so utterly understandable. Thank you! :)
Fabulous, comprehensive article! I'd been toying with doing such an article, but now you've done it!
I appreciate that you focused on the thoughts and impact of the behavior, versus some objective measure of what's "too much" exercise, as clearly that is incredibly variable.
Nice, nice job!
I have a problem with exercise addiction. It goes hand in hand with ED. I finally am feeling better about eating, but I compensate by over exercising. My nutritionist called it exercise bulimia. It sucks. I just can't break the cycle. I know I need to stop, but I am terrified of gaining weight if I stop.
