Must See TV

My posts the next few days will likely be short and sparse: I'm frantically finishing a draft of a term paper, followed closely by several other intellectual shenanigans.

So, in the interest of my sanity, I am merely posting a video today. I found this on Shapely Prose. The creators of Wallace and Gromit interviewed a bunch of people across the US about body image and physical appearance. They took the responses and animated them- with funny and insightful responses.

Thanks so much for that! WnG are huge favorites in our house at all times anyway.

Irishup-

Oh, I know! Didn't WnG do "Chicken Run"? It was a perennial favorite of my college roommate and I. We would make an elaborate dinner in our apt., get a bottle of nice white wine (illicit on our dry campus), and watch Chicken Run during exams to blow off steam. Even mentioning the words "Chicken Run" sets off massive giggles, almost 10 years later.

Okay, our school library has Chicken Run. That is totally going to be my entertainment for tonight. :)

About Me

My photo
I'm a science writer, a jewelry design artist, a bookworm, a complete geek, and mom to a wonderful kitty. I am also recovering from a decade-plus battle with anorexia nervosa. I believe that complete recovery is possible, and that the first step along that path is full nutrition.

Drop me a line!
