I LOVE the article on "the perfect human diet?" because it brings up all of the many different factors that contribute to different humans needing to consume different things or different quantities of things. Plus, I just love talk about animals!

What I found interesting in "the war on fat" article.....she said shaming fat people will only make them cling to their identity.
So how come it's still ok for docs and family to try to shame an anorexic into eating? Wouldn't the same identity principle apply?
