Can you do a post about whether you believe orthorexia is a legitimate "problem" or not? A lot of people feel it isn't.

I'd love to hear about starvation mode, the low metabolism and weight gain that goes along with restriction. We always hear about weight *loss* but what about those that gain weight from starvation mode?
